Dearbornistan Heights Police Department now providing halal food to detained Muslims.

 Arab American News  Local Muslim sharia proponents have welcomed the Dearborn Heights Police Department’s recent decision to provide halal food to Muslims who are detained in their custody.  In recent months, members of the terror-linked CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations of Michigan) have held meetings with the Dearborn Heights mayor and police chief to discuss the need for the City’s police force to better accommodate Muslim suspects and criminals. These meetings have led to the recent halal food accommodation. CAIR-MI is also seeking similar accommodations from other law enforcement entities in Michigan and says the Police Department’s decision is a testament to recognizing the religious sensitivities of Muslims.

Detroit News  After meeting this week with officials from the Council on American-Islamic Relations of Michigan, the Novi Police Department has agreed to allow Muslim women to wear the traditional hijab [...] covering during detainment.

“We welcome the sensitivity shown by the Novi Police Department and look forward to working with them in the future, which will include providing sensitivity trainings,” CAIR-MI Executive Director Dawud Walid said in a statement.

Satan is trying to take over America with his fake “religion”, because America and Israel have been (until the Muslim King Obama came into rule) very good allies, looking out for each other. This makes satan upset for he will lose in the end times, and the Islamic AC will be exited out of the picture.

I went off on the rabbit trail just to let you know that, with the Biblical “End Times” quickly approaching, Christians, and Christian oriented countries, will start to be more persecuted and pressured into converting to Islam.

Taxpayers stock Michigan libraries with Muslim books and videos

Sad thing is that Pres. There they go again. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has just put out an Action Alert that takes direct aim at the Constitution of the United States.

At issue is the Michigan state legislature’s House Bill No. 4769, which looks likely to pass in coming days. Quite simply, that bill states that no foreign law may take precedence over American law or Michigan state law in a Michigan court room.

The key provision of the bill is Section 2, which says:

“A court, arbitrator, administrative agency, or other adjudicative, mediation, or enforcement authority shall not enforce a foreign law if doing so would violate a right guaranteed by the constitution of this state or of the United States.”

That’s it. Seems pretty straightforward and entirely in keeping with Article VI of the U.S. Constitution, which states:

“This Constitution and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby…”

So why would CAIR call on its members to oppose legislation that protects all American citizens, upholds the U.S. Constitution and in no way interferes with the right of any individual to freely exercise his or her religion as guaranteed by the First Amendment?

CAIR (a Muslim Brotherhood front group) points to the answer in its own words. Its Action Alert decries “discrimination on followers of a minority faith” and terms the legislation “anti-Islam,” even though there is no mention of Islam or any other faith in the bill.

There’s also no mention of any specific foreign law, just the general proviso that if ever there is a conflict between any foreign law – be it French law, Islamic law, Japanese law, Zambian law or any other – and U.S. and/or Michigan state law, it is the American law and the Michigan law that will prevail.

So, then, in what way is such legislation “anti-Islam”?

It would seem that CAIR is saying that Islam is not just a religion, but actually a legal system (hint: it’s called “sharia.”) This is quite forthcoming of them, because in fact, of course, Islam is not merely about diet/fasting, devotion, prayer, worship, pilgrimage, and proselytizing (Da’wa), which are completely 100% protected by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. No, as CAIR is rightly pointing out, Islam is also a “complete way of life,” encompassing a legal, military, political, and social system. The name of that “complete way of life” is sharia (Islamic law), which governs every aspect of a Muslim’s life and actually forbids a separation between faith and governance. It is unlawful under sharia for a devout, practicing Muslim to “render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s and unto God what is God’s.”

The CAIR Action Alert against Michigan’s pending legislation perhaps unintentionally illustrates this in a most instructive way.

I received the film this morning. It is evident that the reader decided to conduct a social studies experiment and see what sort of reaction Israeli Flags would provoke among the students at Fordson High in Dearborn Michigan. He wasn’t disappointed. The mere sight of the flags resulted in a violent response from these “All American High Schoolers”.

On 9-14-2012 Dearborn Fordson High School principal {Youssef Mosallam} called the police on me for driving with 2 Israeli flags on my truck.

The Dearborn police were one car behind me when this student threw a bottle on my windshield. The police did not stop the student, but instead stopped me for 30 minutes asking me why I would display Israeli flags on my truck.

The Fordson High principal filed an incident report and so did I. However, Dearborn police refuse to release either report.

[I suggest, strongly, that everyone writes their congressman/woman, and files a Congressional Request for Investigation against the Dearborn Police Department (include that they are not enforcing the law with the fact that; #1 a motorist had an inanimate object thrown at his vehicle while he was in it and the police did nothing about it, #2 death threats were given to the driver and the police did nothing about that, #3 hate crimes and the police did nothing about that, and #4 the 1st Amendment violation of the driver flying Israeli flags but was harassed by the police department as well as the school and one of its students), as well as filing with the Michigan governor the same criminal complaints against the school and the Dearborn Police Department…once again it shows that Shari’a Law is quickly advancing, setting America up for satan’s end time global religion…If you’re an American, act like one that the Founding Fathers instilled on us…show that you are an American and not a wimpy, politically corrected dhimmi, thanks to the Muslim Brotherhood, Barack Hussein Obama, Council on America-Islamic Relations, and the United Nations. DEARBORNISTAN Court tells Muslim to take the rag off his head, so he sues

Khalil Fareed is Muslim and wears a schmatta on his head called a kufi to symbolize his religious faith, but he says his religious freedom was violated when he tried to attend a hearing at 36th District Court.

FOX (H/T Rob E)  “The security guard told me you can’t wear that rag in here. So I said this is not a rag, it’s a kufi. It’s for religious purposes.” Fareed said the security guard told him to leave, even got her supervisor involved and they insisted he remove his kufi while in the courtroom.

“Fareed was discriminated upon, harassed, intimidated and made to feel like less than a human being simply because of wearing his kufi, his religious attire,” said attorney Nabih Ayad.

He has filed suit in federal court against G4S Secure Solutions, the company that employs the two security guards in questions. He alleges they violated Fareed’s First Amendment rights.

DEARBORNISTAN: Muslims in America rally against the First Amendment

Led by a newspaper publisher, Muslim activists in Dearborn, a hotbed of sharia activism  in Michigan, will call for putting limits on American free speech at a rally this evening. Rally organizer, Tarek Baydoun, says that so-called blasphemy laws are necessary to prevent speech that hurts the the religious feelings of Muslims. Oh, Boo Hoo!

DETROIT NEWS  Nearly a decade after Dearborn’s streets celebrated America for bringing down Saddam Hussein and opening a door to democracy in the Mideast, the same city will be the epicenter today of calls to squelch free speech. Protesting the film, “Innocence of Muslims,” that has sparked protests in the Mideast.

This assault on the First Amendment in the name of the prophet Mohammed is a sad day in America – and confirms fears that Muslim-American activists do not understand the fundamental separation of church and state in the American Constitution.

“There is a need for deterrent legal measures against those individuals or groups that want to damage relations between people, spread hate and incite violence,” said Arab-American News publisher Osama Siblani, a self-proclaimed “moderate” who is apparently oblivious to how gutting the First Amendment would affect his own business.

The Dearborn organizers seek an international law banning what they define as anti-Mohammed speech that would supersede American law. The rally comes just days after President Obama reaffirmed America’s commitment to free speech in a U.N. address.

Siblani & Co. say they condemn the violence – which we now know had nothing to do with the film – but are using the film to advance their anti-free speech agenda.

“The gathering will stress that the rise of Islamophobia is hurting America’s national interests, its image abroad and inciting worldwide violence,” say the rally organizers. Ironically, the rally comes at a time when hate crimes toward Muslims in America have dropped more 50 percent in a decade.

[Editor’s Note: You know the process…this opinion does not reflect the opinions of the local Act chapters or the National Office, but…doesn’t this go against the U.S. Constitution? Why are they so freedom phobic concerning the way we live? Are they so suppressed and brain washed, that they just want to follow after their totalitarian “prophet”? Sad, because according to their “sacred law” or Shari’a Law, they are mandated to actually perform jihad, up to killing non-Muslims (Reliance of the Traveller, o9.1, pg 600 “Jihad is a communal obligation”. This goes with Qur’an sura 9:29 “Fight those who do not believe in Allah and Last Day…”

Like I said in a previous blog, jihad isn’t only killing non-Muslims…it is basically helping the murderers by giving them money, giving their families money, giving them supplies, taking care of their families when they die, and like in the U.S., what one of the Muslim Brotherhood’s front groups, the Hamas-linked, convicted, unindicted, co-conspirators of the Holy Land Foundation, Council of American-Islamic Relations is doing, taking a lot of businesses and the liking to court for legal jihad, legislative jihad…anything that will mess with, and harass, a non-Muslim country until they become an Islamic country…paying extortion jizya poll tax, or having the Kafirs convert to a barbaric, totalitarian slave life.

By the way, what happened to hate crimes? I thought the hate crimes pertained to ALL religions…oh, I forgot, really, it only pertains to anyone that talks bad about Islam…good thing there isn’t any dictator type laws going on with our Muslim president huh…

CBSnews.com reported on December 5, 2007 that the Hamtramck Michigan City Council City was “expected Tuesday to pass a noise ordinance amendment that would permit mosques to issue the traditional Islamic call to prayer over loudspeakers.  But some longtime residents are resisting what they consider an affront to non-Muslims.  Long known for pierogi and polka, the bustling city of Hamtramck, Mich., is now debating whether to add an amplified Arabic chant to the local sights and sounds.”

“I’m so glad you are trying to warn people!”  Kathy W. told Florida Family Association in an email.  “I live in Michigan, so I have heard so much about the Muslims in Dearborn. In Hamtramck, they got permission to sound their call to prayer over LOUDSPEAKERS several times a day. But they complained about church bells ringing, even when it was just on the hour. [Editor’s Note: My understanding is that, in conjunction to the Muslim Brotherhood’s Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal of the Group (the document where the MB plans on taking over America internally, and changing it to an Islamic country, with the help of their Trojan horse in the White House), Michigan is the first state they will work on to make it an Islamic state…and so far, it is working out well for the enemy. Non-Muslims get to hear the cursed chant/prayers 5 times a day in the city of Hamtramck, about 20 miles southwest of Dearborn, Michigan. When I was stationed in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait and Egypt for about six months each, it was very annoying to hear that, and now Americans get to hear that on a daily basis. So, Michigan is possibly the first state in the MB takeover; you can see the evidence that foreign law and beliefs are taking over America in general, thank you very much oh “Son of the West”! Wonder how many times our Christian, Founding Fathers turned in the graves with the traitorous, Muslim president and his Shari’a advocate cronies in office…and, to me, a big problem is also the discrimination...churches aren't allowed to ring their bells because it upsets the Muslims, but Muslims are allowed to force feed the entire city with it's satanic prayers...go figure.]

Acting on a tip from the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), police shut down a private event in a rented room that was promoting the American constitution and the “American Laws for American Courts” legislation initiative.

Amid calls of “What about free speech?” the Allegan Police Department entered the room in the middle of the event and ordered it shut down.

Police originally gave as their reason for the shut-down the appearance of Kamal Saleem, a former Muslim terrorist who converted to Christianity and who was a featured speaker at the event.  However, the chief of police later admitted to a reporter that he was acting on no specific threat or danger being posed by the event.

The event was located in the Allegan High School auditorium which had been rented by Willis Sage, an Allegan County commissioner.  Sage is the author of “Constituting Michigan – Founding Principles Act,” which would require Michigan public schools to teach the history and constitution of the United States.

No specific threat of violence was received by either the City of Allegan, the police department, the Allegan Public School District or the Allegan Public High School.

However, school officials had notified police that they had received a letter complaining about the event from Dawud Walid, executive director of CAIR – Michigan.  The letter asked the school to cancel the event despite an existing contract.

CAIR was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism funding trial in U. S. history, U.S. v. Holy Land Foundation.

A civil rights lawsuit has been filed against the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR- MI), its Executive Director, the City of Allegan, the Allegan Police Department and the School District for violating the constitutional and contractual rights of the event organizers and participants. The lawsuit was filed for the plaintiffs by the Thomas More Law Center (TMLC), a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Richard Thompson, president and chief counsel of the Law Center commented, “It’s amazing how much clout CAIR has with the political establishment of both parties in Lansing [Michigan’s capital] and throughout Michigan and the nation — this, despite the fact that CAIR has its roots in the Muslim Brotherhood, was listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial, and the FBI’s  former chief of counterterrorism noted that CAIR, its leaders and its activities effectively give aid to international terrorist groups.

Richard Thompson “Press accounts make it clear that an indictment naming CAIR as a defendant in the Holy Land Foundation trial was squelched by Attorney General Holder’s office despite vehement objections by FBI agents and the federal prosecutors in Dallas.”

The purpose of the event was to inform the public about the importance of honoring the United States Constitution, to recognize the internal threat to America posed by radical Muslims and the dangers to American society posed by the imposition and insinuation of Islamic (sharia) law.

Saleem has spoken at numerous high schools and universities, Christian churches and Jewish institutions across the nation.  He has also spoken at the U. S. Air Force Academy, Michigan’s State Capital and Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan.  At no time before or after the Allegan event has an event where he has spoken been shut down by law enforcement.

Commissioner Sage had notified the Allegan police chief ten days before the event and invited him to check out the background of Saleem, which he never did.

In addition to Sage, plaintiffs in the case include Michigan State Representative David Agema, sponsor of the “Restriction of Application of Foreign Laws Act,”, which bans the use of foreign laws including sharia by courts and administrative bodies of the State when those laws conflict with fundamental rights protected by the Constitutions of the United States and the State of Michigan.

CAIR is an outspoken opponent of the act.

The American Laws for American Courts act is designed to protect American citizens’ constitutional rights against the infiltration and incursion of foreign laws and foreign legal doctrines, especially sharia.

Foreign laws are frequently at odds with U.S. constitutional principles of equal protection and due process, and freedom of religion, speech and assembly. They typically enter the American court system through the principle of comity (mutual respect of each country’s legal system). Granting comity to a foreign judgment is a matter of state law. Most state and federal courts will grant comity unless the recognition of the foreign judgment violates an important public policy of the state.
