Happy NON-Halal Turkey Day

Here in America, we are celebrating our glorious day of thanks to the Lord God Almighty…Elohim…the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob…for the country that we have immigrated to from Britain initially, but then from other countries. YHVH had shown the pilgrims love and grace by helping them learn to live and adapt to the land that they “adopted”.

With the help of the local inhabitants of the country, which are the Native American Indian tribes, the Pilgrims were able to separate themselves from Britain, and thus, be able to work on worshipping and honoring their God (Elohim) and not what the king demanded they do for his religious beliefs. The Pilgrims were tolerant, but then, in those days they knew when to draw the line, unlike our government now…which is too tolerant…much like the Roman Empire…too much tolerance will make one disappear.

America is so tolerant now that we allow religions into our country, into our cities, into our lives, that now, some of these religions are trying to extinct us, our religious freedoms, our laws, and our civil rights. They come in, demand that we turn to their ways, and in companies that refuse to cater to them, they take them to court, using the victim card, suing, winning, and creating serious moral problems…primarily because some are allowed to pray during work time, and they do not feel they have to work extra to make up the prayer time…anyway….

Butterball turkeys are, to my understanding, 100% Dhabīḥah slaughtered. Which is similar to sacrificing an animal/foul to a god, and in Dhabīḥah, it falls under sacrificing to a false god…proof of that…

Sura 6:121…And do not eat of that upon which the name of Allah has not been mentioned, for indeed, it is grave disobedience. And indeed do the devils inspire their allies [among men] to dispute with you. And if you were to obey them, indeed, you would be associators [of others with Him].

Thus, here is the ritual (or the sacrificial) procedure to perform Dhabihah slaughter…”The act of slaughtering is preceded by mentioning the name of God. Invoking the name of God at the moment of slaughtering is sometimes interpreted as acknowledgment of God’s right over all things, and thanking God for the sustenance He provides: it is a sign the food is taken not in sin or in gluttony, but to survive and praise Allah, as the most common blessing is, “Bismiallah”, or, “In the Name of God”. Furthermore, it is an asking of permission to take the life of the animal to be slaughtered, and endows the slaughterer with a sense of gratitude for God’s creation, even prior to partaking in the meat of the animal.”

I go into all that to show you that we, as Americans on this day, need to give thanks to the true God, Elohim, for the country we live in. It wasn’t allah that helped us become a nation, it wasn’t allah that helped our forefathers adapt to a new land, it wasn’t allah that did anything for us…

So, “This is the day which the LORD (Elohim) has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” Ps 118:24.

Give praise to the true God (Elohim) for your freedom in America, and thank Him for the country that is not totalitarian and trying to force its beliefs and laws on the world.
