Takbir! NYC Traffic Snarled By Muslim Cabbies Stopping To Pray

I have been reporting on this street supremacism for years. It’s only a matter of time until whole sections of the city are shut down, as in major European cities, i.e. Paris. Back in October 2010, I covered this very thing here. Atlas readers have complained for years of Muslim cab swarm on Friday afternoons followed by street prayers, etc. I suspect that the reason for this is that there’s a plan afoot to build a mega mosque in this particular area.

Street praying is territorial and out of line. How disruptive to this quiet residential area of Manhattan. We have seen this activity grow to intolerable proportions in Paris. Fine each one a $1000 parking ticket and pull their licenses and this supremacist harassment will stop.

If you need to catch a cab you may want to try the Upper West Side, since some who live next to the Islamic Cultural Center on Riverside Drive say their neighborhood is being flooded with parked taxis every week.

“They are everywhere, hundreds of them. I joke with my doorman every Friday I can’t find a cab,” said John Hart, who lives across the street in a high-rise building. U

“I have to pray,” said a cabbie who did not want to give his name,” I have no choice but to break the rules.”

The Imam of the Islamic Cultural Center, Abdur Rahman, told PIX11 News, Muslims must pray several times a day and that he urges his worshippers not to break any parking rules to pray. “A good Muslim does not offend anybody. I wish the City, though, could give us 45 minutes on Fridays to pray, like Christians on Sunday,” said Rahman.

They don’t pray in the street, Rahman.

“I don’t know how they get away with it,” said Hart, who hopes the N.Y.P.D. will crack down on parking violators. “It’s a sea of yellow and it’s got to stop,” continued Hart.

Maybe it’s time for us to lobby owners of gun shops to not sell firearms to Muslims… If we can send a copy of this email to all gun shops maybe some common sense can prevail. Common sense = racism if you are someone from the left. Why is Adam Gadhan free and not behind bars as his statements are professing open treason?

Sheepshead Bay Patriots Fight Jihadist Mosque Stop Supersized Mosque on Voorhies Avenue, Save the Nabe

I love these people.

And below was last Sunday’s action

Kudos to the good neighbors of Voorhies Avenue, who are fighting the Muslim Brotherhood (MAS) multi-storied mosque on the quiet residential street, Voorhies Avenue, in Sheepshead Bay. A leader of the group behind this mosque,  the Muslim American Society (MAS), said this week that there “was nothing wrong with” Osama bin Laden’s dream of creating a renewed Caliphate, calling OBL a “visionary.” Khalilah Sabra’s comments are the most recent and deeply troubling from the group, which has a long history of defending alleged terrorists.

The good people of Voorhies Avenue have been fighting back and began a weekly protest action against the super-size mosque.. They  are back out protesting the building violations and the MAS Muslim Brotherhood supremacists who are erecting a super-mosque in the middle of their street.

The Bay people meeting will be holding their weekly demonstrations every Sunday, 1pm, in front of the site’s gate. This action is ongoing and will continue every Sunday.

Bay People need you to join them at  the first court hearing on our motion for a preliminary injunction and Temporary Restraining Order against Muslim American Society of Sheepshead Bay. Coming to the hearing is extremely important for it will show our continuous opposition to the proposed Community Center.

The date is Tuesday, MAY 10, 2011 at 9:30 am (but the argument before the judge will probably happen a bit later).

The place is Brooklyn Supreme Court, 360 Adams Street, Brooklyn (Borough Hall subway stop on the 2, 3, 4 and 5; Jay Street-Metrotech on the A, C, F and R).   The hearing will be before Judge Mark Partnow, whose Courtroom is Room 761 on the 7th Floor.

And remember, this counter jihad group  needs money. They are up against the Muslim Brotherhood and their vast funders. They have had to hire hired an experienced zoning/land use law firm) Goldman Harris, LLC, and a litigation attorney (Albert K. Butzel) to file suits on behalf of Sheepshead Bay residents in order to spare their community from over-sized construction and violation of zoning laws.
